Thank you Governor Ron DeSantis for vetoing SB 810. This bill would have essentially removed all flavors from the market on January 1, 2021 severely impacting the rights of adults to choose a flavor other than tobacco for their vaping needs. The industry supported Rep. Jackie Toledo in the efforts to create a regulatory framework for the Vaping Business in Florida that did not include a vaping ban. However, big tobacco interests got a reversal from Toledo at the last minute and stabbed the vaping industry in the back. Gov. Ron realized the economic impact would be huge for the state and that a adults needed the option to choose flavors to maintain their smoke free lifestyle. The industry supports the 21 year old age limit; the enforcement of the age limit, and a regulatory framework to help fund the enforcement.

The recent deadline for Pre-Market Tobacco Applications has passed and the market is in a flux while manufacturers who filed wait for the acceptance. So far we have identified 35 flavors that will no longer be available and will adjust our inventory. We will also attempt to find good replacement flavors if we have lost yours. Most of our best-sellers have survived so far and we hope to maintain your favorite flavors.
